Job description

Bring your attention to detail, adaptability, and drive to a role that supports two essential business functions. As a Contracts & Custom Float, you’ll help keep work moving across Contracts and Custom by assisting with entry-level projects, data entry, order support, reporting, and internal system updates. This float role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is ready to build practical experience while making a meaningful contribution.

The Details

  • Part time, roughly 20 hours per week
  • $17.00-$20.00 hourly starting wage
  • In office at our West Allis headquarters

  • Entering data for SAMS bids.
  • Supporting data entry for DLA/TLS activities.

  • Complete other duties as assigned to support the team.

And let’s not forget your time with Custom:

  • Assisting with order entry.
  • Updating existing orders as needed.
  • Preparing and reviewing order reports.
  • Completing other duties as assigned to support the Custom team.

You’re the Right Fit If You:

  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Are able to use or quickly learn Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Have the ability to navigate NetSuite.
  • Are Willing to learn processes in both Contracts and Custom.
  • Have strong attention to detail and follow-through.

This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work-related tasks.
