Exciting Storage Architect/IBM Spectrum Scale (DME) Consultant contract opportunity.
Requirements
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Spectrum Scale (DME) Consultant. The engagement involves deploying a 4-node Spectrum Scale setup on HPE servers integrated with NetApp storage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client environment readiness, including network setup, AD integration, and security compliance.
  • Configure and implement required features:
    • Protocols (NFS, SMB, etc.)
    • Encryption
    • Tiering
    • AFM (Active File Management)
  • Address integration complexity with NetApp (NFS, FC, iSCSI).
  • Support and deliver on testing and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Spectrum Scale (DME).
  • Strong experience with HPE server and NetApp storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments, AD, and security best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
