  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and deploy operational reports and dashboards using Cognos SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) to ensure seamless data visibility post-migration.
  • Document & Label Design: Build, modify, and test critical logistics documents, compliance labels, and operational reports required for warehouse floor execution.

  • Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated, on-site or remote technical support during critical go-live windows and the immediate hypercare period to ensure minimal disruption to DC operations.
  • Cloud & Integration: Work within GCP to manage and troubleshoot data integration patterns, ensuring real-time communication between the warehouse, carriers, and customers.

  • WMS Knowledge: Deep understanding of core distribution center processes (Inbound receiving, put away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, sorting, wave management, and outbound shipping).
  • Modern WMS Experience: Hands-on exposure to or training in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or recent versions of Manhattan WMOS is highly preferred.
  • Tools & Reporting: Experience with or strong aptitude to quickly learn Cognos SCI for supply chain reporting.
  • Proficiency using Jira for requirement gathering, task tracking, and Agile project documentation.

Competencies & attributes

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage technical debt on legacy applications while rapidly upskilling and executing deployments on modern, cloud-native SaaS architectures.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex technical logs, map data elements between disparate systems, and resolve integration issues.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical realities into clear business requirements for stakeholders and project leaders.
