Job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead IBM Maximo MAS implementation, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Configure and optimize Maximo to support maintenance and asset management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver EAM solutions.
  • Support migration from legacy CMMS applications to IBM Maximo MAS.
  • Analyze maintenance and asset data to improve reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Maximo configuration and business processes.
  • Develop documentation, user training, and implementation plans.
  • Support production issues, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo MAS/Maximo EAM.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CMMS/EAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, power generation, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience with maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and maintenance optimization.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience migrating legacy CMMS systems to IBM Maximo MAS.
  • Knowledge of asset performance management and maintenance best practices.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Maximo implementation projects.
