Role Name: JDA Administrator - AS400 (IBM i)

Location: Orlando FL (Onsite)

Experience Level: 8+ Years
We are seeking an experienced JDA Administrator with a strong AS400 (IBM i) and RPG programming background to support, maintain, and enhance JDA applications and related enterprise systems within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for JDA administration, application support, system integration, troubleshooting, and development activities while ensuring business continuity across inventory, procurement, supply chain, and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
JDA Administration
- Administer, monitor, and support JDA applications and environments.
- Manage user access, security roles, system configurations, and application performance.
- Perform application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system integrations.
AS400 / IBM i Support
- Maintain and support IBM AS400 (IBM i) environments.
- Monitor system performance, job queues, message queues, and batch processing.
- Handle system-level troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Support database management activities related to DB2
Hospitality Domain Support
- Support hospitality business processes including:
   - Inventory Management
   - Procurement & Purchasing
   - Warehouse Operations
   - Supply Chain Management
   - Food & Beverage Operations
   - Hotel Operations Support
- Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve business issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and system optimization projects.
