Sr Developer in a hybrid work model designs and implements robust data integration solutions using IBM Ace ESQL and IBM integration bus to support Medicare and Medicaid claims processing while ensuring high-performance accuracy regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational objectives across complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using IBM Ace ESQL and IBM integration bus that streamline Medicare and Medicaid claims processing workflows while maintaining high performance and reliability.
• Develop and optimize complex message flows and transformations that accurately handle claim data structures benefit rules and adjudication logic to reduce processing errors and rework.
• Analyze existing integration patterns and system interfaces and recommend enhancements that improve data quality latency and throughput for critical claims transactions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to translate Medicare and Medicaid claims requirements into precise technical specifications and integration designs.
