POSITION SUMMARY

Osi Vision is seeking a Senior Integration Developer with deep expertise in Python-based API integrations and the ability to independently gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role owns the full lifecycle of enterprise integrations across platforms including ADP, Deltek Vantagepoint, and related ERP/HR systems, from initial requirements discovery through design, development, and ongoing production support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration Engineering (Primary Focus)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based integrations across enterprise systems including ADP, Deltek Vantagepoint, and related data platforms.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs with secure authentication and robust error handling.
  • Develop reusable integration services and components that support scalability and maintainability.

Business Analysis & Requirements Ownership

  • Engage directly with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Project Accounting stakeholders to elicit and document integration requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical integration designs.
  • Perform impact analysis for system changes and communicate risks to stakeholders.

Data Integration & Transformation

  • Define and implement data mappings, transformations, and validation logic across systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability throughout integration workflows.

Production Support & Optimization

  • Monitor integration pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents with minimal disruption.
  • Continuously improve integration performance, scalability, and reliability.

Documentation & Governance

  • Produce and maintain integration design documentation, runbooks, and data flow diagrams.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with enterprise governance, security, and data privacy standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional Python development with a focus on integration engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong background in business requirements analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of ERP and HR data models and system architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and validation.
  • Experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with ADP APIs and ADP platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint data models and integration touchpoints.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, etc.).
  • Background in data lakehouse architecture and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message broker platforms (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs).
