We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer specializing in Windows Administration and Application Support to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Ensure systems are patched, up-to-date, and secure.Application Support: Provide technical support for Windows-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and availability.Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Windows platforms and applications.Security Management: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and IT resources. Respond to and mitigate security incidents.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, configurations, processes, and service records.Consulting and Collaboration: Provide expert advice and support to internal teams and external clients, collaborating on IT solutions that align with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to systems and processes.
Qualifications:
