About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer for a contract opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Assembler programming, z/OS, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise mainframe applications while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using IBM Assembler.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver efficient mainframe solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of mainframe applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and program specifications.
