About the Role
 
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Integration Engineer to provide hands-on support for core enterprise applications using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IIB, and/or MuleSoft. You will serve as a key Data Integration, API, and ETL developer responsible for creating real-time, on-demand, batch, and scheduled data interfaces between internal and external systems. This role requires managing multiple technical, business, and testing efforts from requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, and post-implementation support.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement real-time, batch, and scheduled data interfaces using IBM ACE/IIB, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • Build and manage integration patterns, processes, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, JMS, MQ, XML, JSON, and flat files.
  • Perform data modeling, OLAP design, and implement APIs and ETL processes for data cleansing and refreshes.
  • Leverage common frameworks including message queuing, caching, complex mapping, branching, and parallel processing.
  • Deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and leverage cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control tools like Git.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across Linux and database environments using PL/SQL.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Core Integration: 5+ years of hands-on design, development, and implementation experience with IBM IIB/ACE, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • API & ETL: 5+ years of experience with web services, API management, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Architecture & Patterns: 7+ years of experience building integration patterns, managing/deploying APIs, and leveraging messaging frameworks (queuing, caching, parallel processing).
  • Technical Stack: 7+ years of strong experience in Databases, PL/SQL, and Linux environments, with deep understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, Fixed-Width).
  • Cloud & Microservices: 5+ years of technical experience in cloud and microservices architecture.
  • Problem Solving: 7+ years of proven troubleshooting and debugging expertise.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing and developing integration solutions using MuleSoft.
  • Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Familiarity with integration/deployment tools (TeamCity, Maven, Ant), DevOps/Quality tools (SonarQube, Bitbucket), and testing automation tools (TOSCA, Selenium).
