Location: Cedar Rapids, IA - hybrid

We’re seeking a hands-on Network & Systems Engineer to design, automate, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. This role blends networking, systems, and DevOps with strong ownership.
What You’ll Do
• Build infrastructure as code (Ansible, Python)
• Develop CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) for infrastructure automation
• Manage Docker/container platforms
• Administer Linux (Ubuntu) environments
• Support network infrastructure (VLANs, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN)
• Lead IAM, secrets, and certificate automation
• Maintain Active Directory, Windows Server, and databases (MySQL/MSSQL)
• Drive monitoring, patching, and security support
• Participate in on-call rotation
What You Bring
• 4–5+ years in infrastructure, systems, or DevOps
• Strong Linux administration
• Experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell
• Hands-on CI/CD and Docker
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Experience with Active Directory
