Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company specializing in cyber security solutions, and they are seeking an IAM Cyber Security Engineer. The role involves maintaining and supporting IAM systems, including applying patches, documenting efforts, and providing production support for the Ping system.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Apply patches to Ping infrastructure to meet business needs. Install and configure web agents as needed.
β€’ Build and grow strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to effectively get their application on boarded into Ping.
β€’ Document all design, development, and upgrade efforts in testing, staging and production environments.
β€’ Work on prod implementation like schema extension, environmental changes for change management.
β€’ Provide L3 Production support on entire Ping System, including user life cycle management of User creation, modification, and termination.
β€’ Setting up SAML applications in Ping
β€’ Work on requirements gathering from application owners, Data analysis for integration and enrichment.
β€’ Perform the configuration, administration, and management of Ping systems.
β€’ Interact with customers daily and POC for escalated tickets.
β€’ Work on troubleshooting urgent priority tickets with minimum response time.
