Key Responsibilities
Gather and document IAM-related business and technical requirements
Work with stakeholders to define access policies, roles, and entitlements
Support IAM tools implementation (onboarding applications, workflows)
Conduct gap analysis and process improvement for identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver)
Ensure compliance with security standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Collaborate with IT, security, and audit teams
Create documentation: BRD, FRD, use cases, process flows
 
Required Skills
