Job Description:
Tasks Include:
• Manage enterprise security solutions such as NGFW infrastructure DNS/DNSSEC, enterprise MFA and NGFW infrastructure, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology.
• Manage the implementation of new security updates information for hardware or software.
• Provide technical expertise for the administration of security applications.
• Assess and provide expertise on appropriate assurance levels, firewall policy evaluations, next-generation threat prevention designs, SSL encryption/decryption strategies, vulnerability protection profiles, content filtering and perimeter security controls.
• Assess and provide next-generation threat prevention designs and SSL encryption/decryption
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a technical and/or business application, product, platform, or methodology.
• Experience designing secure networks, systems, and applications with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
• Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding in the implementation of cybersecurity trends, security methodologies, and OSI model; TCP/IP Stack.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• One or more relevant information security and/or networking certifications such as: CISSP, Security+, Network+, CCNA, PCNSE
• Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
