Koniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a SME I Force Operations with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Eight (8) years' experience as a supervisor or team or project lead, and two (2) years' experience working in the DoW.
  • Eight (8) years' experience developing, implementing, and managing strategic planning that supports leadership priorities.
  • Eight (8) years' experience conducting research, wargaming, and analysis to provide pre-decisional advice and policy recommendations.
  • Eight (8) years' experience identifying, prioritizing, and leading high-interest projects across cross-functional
  • teams.
  • Eight (8) years' experience serving as a key advisor to senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Eight (8) years demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with eight (8) or more years of experience or a master's degree from an accredited college or university with six (6) or more years of experience.
  • Command and General Staff College (or equivalent) education may be substituted for degree requirements.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Multi-disciplinary intelligence experience (broad understanding of the entire intelligence ecosystem) and counterintelligence experience desired.
  • Senior Service School in residence a plus

Clearance Requirement:
  • TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
