Job description

JOB TITLE

Production General Assembly Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Serve as technical expert of assigned area during vehicle launches.
Support daily production issues as required.
Prepare presentations/reports on current projects, progress, and issues to management. 
Understand labor allocation.
Coordinate and lead project activities, including new equipment installation, supplier selection, and implementation phases.
Analyze and continuously improve performance of assigned area (safety, quality, production, cost, and human factors).
Participate in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and other problem-solving teams, as directed by Senior Management.
Continually review technical developments in area of responsibility and propose new technology projects as appropriate.
Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.
