?? Indoor Industrial Distribution Warehouse
We are currently hiring reliable and experienced warehouse associates for a fast-paced distribution center in Tolleson, AZ. This facility handles a wide range of industrial materials including parts, tubing, metals, and general warehouse products.
This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential for dependable individuals who are looking to grow in a stable warehouse environment.
?? Pay Rates
  • Pickers: $19/hr
  • Packers: $21/hr
  • Reach Operators (Hyster): Competitive pay based on experience

?? Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Shift options:
    • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Overtime available
  • Must be open to working some Saturdays as needed

?? Reach Operator (Hyster)
  • Operate Hyster Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Pull and stage pallets, cases, and single-item orders
  • Load, unload, and move inventory throughout warehouse
  • Work with warehouse paperwork including packing slips and order documents
  • Use wrapping and strapping equipment
  • Maintain accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment
  • Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
  • Use packing slips and handheld tools to complete orders
  • Stage items for packing or shipping
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order

?? Pay: $19/hr
?? Packers
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment
  • Verify product accuracy and quality before packing
  • Label, seal, and stage completed orders for shipping
  • Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized packing stations

  • Warehouse experience preferred
