About Eagle's Landing Longevity

Eagle's Landing Longevity is a patient-centered Internal Medicine practice dedicated to providing exceptional adult primary care and preventive healthcare. Our experienced team focuses on building lasting relationships with patients while delivering personalized treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness. In addition to internal medicine, our practice also offers specialized services including medical weight management, hormone therapy, and other wellness programs.

We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients.
  • Perform annual wellness exams, physicals, and routine follow-up visits.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain.
  • Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Adult Medicine preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
