Member Service Representative

What you'll do:

  • Greet members like they're walking into a party
  • Give fun, confident club tours
  • Crush your membership sales goals
  • Book members for their KickOff appointment, so we can actually help them reach their goals!
  • Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic
  • Answer phones + help members with anything they need
  • Open/close the POS drawer + complete checklists
  • Join team meetings + club events

  • Loves fitness, loves people even more
  • Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus
  • Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each)
  • Must be CPR/AED certified
  • Someone who can hype others up and take feedback like a champ
