Remote Insurance Agent (Licensed or Unlicensed)

Dinwiddie Agency

Lehi, UT • On-site, Remote

$30K - $160K/yr

Full-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

The Dinwiddie Agency is expanding and looking to partner with motivated, self-directed individuals who want control over their income and schedule.

This is not an hourly job and not a “get rich quick” opportunity. It is a structured, performance-based role for people willing to take action.

What Makes This Different:

  • A proven, clear, and fast-start system (no guessing how to begin)
  • Lead options available (no cold prospecting required)
  • Mentorship based on action, not micromanagement
  • Two growth paths: producer or specialist
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere

If you take initiative, you’ll be supported. If you don’t, no one will chase you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Speak with individuals who have requested life insurance information
  • Help clients understand insurance and financial protection options
  • Run virtual appointments on your own schedule
  • Build repeatable sales and communication skills

No prior insurance experience required.

Licensing support is available for unlicensed applicants.

This Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are comfortable with commissions only-based income
  • Want flexibility and accountability
  • Prefer clear expectations over hype
  • Are willing to take action before feeling “ready”

This role is not for everyone — and that’s intentional. We’re building with people who want real ownership and long-term growth.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

By submitting this form, you agree to recurring contact from Symmetry Financial Group LLC and its affiliated companies under common control and their insurance agents via text & live, automated, A.I., or prerecorded calls, including for marketing or recruiting purposes. Consent not a condition of purchase.
