Elgin Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Elgin Dental Associates: 1030 Summit St, Elgin, IL 60120
Schedule:
  • Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation:
  • $43-$47 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!
Additional Information:
  • PMS - Denticon
  • Time allotted for procedures
    • NP - 90
    • SRP per quad - 60
    • Prophy - 60
  • Average # of patients per day - average of 7

Requirements:
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
  • Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR Certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
