We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Hygiene Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming patient experience while maintaining an efficient and productive hygiene schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm hygiene appointments
  • Proactively fill open appointment slots to maintain a full schedule
  • Check out patients and collect copays/payments
  • Assist the Hygiene Manager with daily scheduling coordination
  • Contact patients for appointment reminders and followups
  • Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
    • Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of dental or medical office administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
