About the Position: This is a Project Manager position with the USACE Omaha District. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience managing primarily hydropower civil works projects with varying degrees of complexity and magnitude throughout the project life cycle; 2) Controlling and managing primarily hydropower civil works project milestones and budgets from planning through construction; AND 3) Representing the district, serving as the lead point of contact for hydropower and other civil works projects assigned with sponsor/customer, Federal, state, and local government agencies, Congressional interests, other external organizations, and higher authorities. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
