Starting Rate of Pay:
  • $20.00/hour

Shifts Available and Hours
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 12-hour rotating schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next; averaging 42 hours per week).
  • This position requires working every other weekend.

What you will be doing
  • Safely pack, band, and tag aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality.
  • Follow packing instructions and complete production transactions in AS400.
  • Meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and work collaboratively with the production team.

Required Education/Experience
  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to recognize workplace hazards.
  • Ability to work in high-heat environments (approximately 30-35°C+).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
