Job description

KRUSH Tech is a new technology company building advanced hardware solutions for defense, aerospace, communications, and autonomous systems. We're launching our U.S. operations from the ground up — and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the company from day one.

At KRUSH Tech, we combine the agility of a startup with the ambition to tackle some of the industry's most demanding engineering challenges. Our teams work across disciplines—including RF, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, software, manufacturing, and supply chain—to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. We are building a next-generation, vertically integrated aerospace organization focused on advanced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), autonomy, sensing technologies, and scalable manufacturing — for the U.S. market and strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our advanced manufacturing facility producing next-generation uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) and defense technologies. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building infrastructure, utilities, production support systems, and facility services while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

The Facility Manager will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support production continuity, facility expansion, capital projects, preventive maintenance, security, and workplace services, ensuring the facility meets the operational demands of a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations across offices, buildings, and company premises.
  • Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems, function effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service providers and suppliers.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Approve invoices and manage facility-related procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness programs and evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain records related to safety audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget.
  • Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures.
  • Optimize workspace utilization and office layouts.
  • Support office relocations, renovations, and expansion projects.
  • Coordinate furniture, equipment, and workspace requirements.
  • Oversee physical security measures, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.
  • Investigate facility incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with security providers and emergency services when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Professional certifications such as IFMA, FMP, CFM, or NEBOSH are advantageous.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Budgeting and financial management expertise.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office applications.
