Redi Industrial Services is seeking motivated Hydro Blast Technicians to join our Salt Lake City team.Why Redi?Because this is a company where leaders still matterWhere your ideas won't disappear into bureaucracyWhere you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of an organization with nearly four decades of historyWhere you'll help build systems that future leaders will inheritMost companies ask employees to maintain what already existsWe're asking you to help build what comes nextIf that excites you, we'd love to meet youWhat You'll DoAs a Hydro Blast Technician, you'll play a critical role in safely cleaning and maintaining industrial facilities and equipment.Responsibilities include:Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment safely and efficientlyPerform industrial cleaning of tanks, vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and other equipmentAssist with equipment setup, inspections, maintenance, and teardownFollow all safety procedures, confined space requirements, and lockout/tagout practicesWear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on scheduleComplete required job documentation and equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentTravel to customer job sites as neededPerform physically demanding work in a variety of industrial environments and weather conditionsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious hydro blasting, industrial cleaning, construction, manufacturing, or labor experienceStrong commitment to safetyAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding workAbility to work overtime, weekends, and travel when requiredValid driver's license preferredAbility to pass a pre-employment screeningsTWIC card is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)Why You'll Love Working HereAt Redi Industrial Services, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
