Job Title: Network Infrastructure Engineer
Job Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Apply professional and technical networking knowledge and skills within a hybrid telecommunications and information technology service provider environment.
  • Author equipment installation work packages, procure hardware, track shipments, order circuits and other connectivity as needed to ensure successful installation by Implementation and Field Services teams.
  • Manage work intakes per service-level agreements and key performance indicator metrics; be highly responsive to company communication and work-related escalations.
  • Collaborate with other organizations on new products and technology deployment.
  • Independently plan and carry out assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices.
