The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Influencer and Social to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s internal creative agency that creates breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands.

This role represents an opportunity to establish a vision for social and influencer across our portfolio of brands, defining the team, systems, and strategy to meet business objectives. You will work closely with our brand, media, creative, production and project management teams - building relationships cross-functionally to deliver with impact.


What You Will Do:.

  • Influencer & Social Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer/creator & social media strategies, with established KPIs and accountability for success.
  • Influencer Selection & Contracting: Oversee influencer/creator vetting, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging social content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness and product sales.
  • Community Management: Support Community Manager role in monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and managing online reputation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure successful execution across channels.
  • Identify and implement AI and platform tools that streamline social and influencer workflows, improve creative and performance insights, and enable scalable execution.


What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years leading influencer marketing (primary), organic social, paid social, and content marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end influencer/creator programs, from strategic foundation to execution, spanning nano through macro influencer partnerships.
  • Strong creative judgement with a performance mindset, translating insights, trends, and data to impact platform-native storytelling through testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Proven senior-level ownership and execution, able to drive work end to end with sound judgment, minimal oversight, and a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Strong people and cross-functional leadership experience, including setting goals, coaching performance, and building trust across functions.
  • Deep understanding of all major social platforms, content creation tools, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform compelling content, strategic narratives and

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with prompt-based interaction and commonly used AI tools, especially for tasks like ideation and research.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Compensation Range:

$120,000-$140,000
