Requirements:

• 2+ year experience as an HVAC Installer
• Must provide own hand tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Position Summary:

This is a high-performance HVAC Installer role with a clear path to $160K annually, combining strong hourly pay with performance-driven bonuses. You’ll install furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, and full systems, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Core Responsibilities:

• Install new Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Air Conditioners, and Ductwork
• IAQ accessories
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their equipment
• Work in a Team
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
