Essel is seeking a motivated Apprentice HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in the HVAC field while working alongside experienced technicians. As an Apprentice HVAC Installer, you will learn the fundamentals of installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for learning and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Journeyman HVAC installers in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Sealing duct work, painting, knowledge of AC and refrigeration systems.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute installations effectively.
  • Participate in the installation of ductwork, refrigeration systems, and other HVAC components.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as cleaning filters and checking system performance.
