What you will do on our Team!

  • Provide support, leadership, and/or training to the other HVAC install technicians.
  • Determine the proper equipment for each customer’s needs.
  • Load the truck for the day’s work with all needed equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
  • Know the math needed to accurately determine the customer’s cost.
  • Know the possibilities available to the customer
  • Abide by OSHA, local, and state HVAC rules, regulations, and codes.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Wear proper safety equipment.
  • Keep work site clean and neat.
  • Clean up work site completely when job is completed.
  • Regular, predictable, on-site attendance is expected.
  • Responsible for A-Club visits.
  • Keeps truck neat and clean

What we need:

  • This individual must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.
  • Must be able to make custom transitions on site.
  • Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
  • Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.
  • Must be capable of performing proper HVAC techniques such as soldering, gas fitting and sizing, venting, equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Must maintain a neat appearance (company uniforms) and good hygiene.
  • Must be able to work on several projects and be able to handle frequent interruptions from customers, co-workers, or the telephone.

EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE:

  • Refrigerant card preferred
  • A minimum of 3+ years install experience.
