  • You will apply a continuous-improvement mindset, using clear feedback and problem-solving to improve service outcomes every day.

  • You will work as one team with local mechanics, servicemen, and apprentices, building trust through collaboration and respect for different perspectives.

  • Use your HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment service experience to diagnose and repair commercial systems.

  • Support technical work on rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, and plumbing systems.

  • Use mechanical shaft alignment with dial indicators and vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines, pumps, fans, and compressors.

  • Complete customer documentation and service communication with attention to detail across interpersonal, digital, and written channels.

  • Participate in training through the Service Technical Academy (STA) and apply what you learn on the job, including HVAC product knowledge and sales quoting.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.

  • Ability to write and communicate customer problem, cause, and corrective-action information clearly.

  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and apply new knowledge on the job.

  • Willingness to travel 10% to 20% to support branch customer activities, troubleshooting, installation, and repair.

  • Ability to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
