HVAC Service & Installation Technician - Residential

If you're an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys delivering a great customer experience, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Service & Installation Technician.

This is a customerfacing, residential role where you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems while helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and tuneups

Install HVAC systems and components as needed

Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations

Recommend system upgrades, improvements, and service plans when appropriate

Deliver a worldclass customer experience on every call

Experience in residential HVAC service and installation

EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
