HVAC Service Technician

About the Role
Carolina Air Repair is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our company located in Princeton, NC. The role involves maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems, performing HVAC repair, and providing reliable air conditioning service to our customers.

Schedule
Monday through Friday
On-call rotation

Duties
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for optimal performance
Perform preventive maintenance and routine furnace maintenance
Service residential HVAC and commercial HVAC systems
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
Explain repair needs and service work clearly to customers
Keep accurate service reports and maintenance logs
Collaborate with team members on larger projects
Follow all company policies and safety standards

Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and understand schematics and manuals
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)

EPA certification is required
