Our values-Execute, Protect, Improve, and Character-drive every job we do.Position Overview:The Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for various HVAC/R systems in commercial settings, while providing exceptional customer service. We do NOT work in DC or Maryland. Responsibilities:Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems.Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems.Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and communicate findings and recommended solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.Performs repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems. Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet.Participates in an on-call rotation. Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of experience as a Service Technician, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems.Universal EPA certification.Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
