We’re Hiring Experienced HVAC Service Technicians


Are you a motivated HVAC/R professional who’s confident in diagnosing and servicing both residential and commercial systems? If you want to be part of a respected, growing company that values your expertise, ETR is the place for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial & residential HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Complete clear and accurate service reports (including parts used and work performed)
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and explain system issues to customers clearly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are completed safely and on schedule

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of hands-on residential & commercial HVAC service experience (required)
  • 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, etc.)
  • Previous experience as a lead technician or foreman is a strong plus
  • EPA Type II certification (required)
  • TDLR Technician license (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, diagnostics, and safety protocols
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record
