Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and frequently move heavy objects.
  • Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
  • Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
  • Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
  • Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
  • Required to follow all applicable safety procedures

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $45 an hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
