Grille Mechanical Contractors is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

This is a full-time position servicing a mix of residential, light commercial, and commercial refrigeration equipment.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system problems
• Service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Service boilers, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini-split systems, ductwork, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues
• Complete emergency repairs safely and efficiently
• Clearly explain system issues and recommended repairs to customers
• Provide professional and respectful customer service on every call
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Keep your company-provided service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable codes

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
• Commercial refrigeration experience, including servicing walk-in coolers and freezers
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right
• Ability to perform physical HVAC service work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
• Ability to safely lift 30+ lbs.
