The Opportunity

Accutherm Refrigeration is growing and looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their craft, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to be part of a team that values technical excellence. What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
  • Service rooftop units, air handlers, cooling towers, VAV systems, exhaust systems, and related equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
  • Diagnose/Repair commercial HVAC equipment
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
  • Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service support
  • Opportunity to learn commercial refrigeration

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • HVAC/R trade school certificate - West-MEC graduate a plus
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with commercial HVAC controls and building systems
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work safely in commercial and industrial environments
