HVAC / Refrigeration Technician Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday + rotating on-call nights and weekends

Some seasonal overtime may be required

service team. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and

committed to providing excellent service to our commercial customers.

Both entry-level technicians and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration professionals

are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems

Diagnose and repair equipment including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and system controls

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers

Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

EPA Certification (Required)

Entry-level AND/OR minimum 2 years HVAC/Refrigeration experience

Completion of HVAC/Refrigeration schooling or hands-on field training

Experience with commercial HVAC or refrigeration systems preferred

Clean driving record (DMV) – Required

Must pass Department of Justice and Criminal Background Check upon conditional job offer

Strong communication skills

Must be a team player with a positive attitude
