HVAC Installer - Commercial Changeouts | $35.00 - $46.00 per hour depending on experience

Sign-On and Stay Bonus: Up to $14,000 for experienced commercial retrofit replacement installers with exceptional skills and attention to detail!

Hours: Monday through Friday | 4/10's available seasonally

Location: Albany / Corvallis, OR

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Complete commercial HVAC retrofit and replacement projects for a variety of systems and applications
  • Install and service equipment ranging from 5 to 60 tons in commercial environments
  • Work with VAV systems, VRF equipment, package units, chillers, split systems, and integrated controls
  • Perform low-voltage wiring, control terminations, and system rough-ins
  • Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as part of project requirements
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to support customer satisfaction and operational objectives
  • Report daily to the shop or assigned project location to begin scheduled work tasks

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and system changeouts
  • Proven ability to lead and work alongside crews of three or more team members
  • Skilled in equipment rough-ins, sheet metal fabrication, low-voltage controls, gas piping, and refrigeration line installation
  • Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
  • Able to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
