Job description

Our Client is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects meet quality, performance, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, including planning, execution, and closeout

  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments

  • Develop and track project schedules, milestones, and material procurement

  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability targets are met

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and service

  • Identify and resolve project issues to keep work on track

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or commercial construction

  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation, service, and building systems

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with labor coordination and job cost tracking
