HVAC Installation Technician


United Better Homes is growing our HVAC division and is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team.

If you're an experienced HVAC installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands residential HVAC systems, and can work independently, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience — REQUIRED
  • Strong residential HVAC installation experience
  • Sheet metal experience — REQUIRED
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC installation requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable, professional, and safety-minded
  • Sheet Metal License preferred, but not required

️ Responsibilities

  • Install residential heating and cooling systems
  • Install and modify sheet metal ductwork
  • Install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central A/C and related HVAC equipment
  • Complete equipment change-outs and new installations
  • Perform ductwork fabrication and installation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
  • Work with project managers and other trades to complete projects on schedule
  • Provide professional service and workmanship to every customer
