Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while overseeing the quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of HVAC projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and control.
  • Work with owners and end users.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, including Mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks and manage the performance of team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support as needed.

3. Client Relations:

4. Quality Assurance:
