We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional HVAC services.
Job Summary:
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively to maintain comfortable and healthy indoor environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, strong technical skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation units.
  • Perform system inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and malfunctions.
  • Replace or repair defective components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components.
  • Evaluate and advise clients on energy-efficient and cost-effective HVAC upgrades and replacements.
  • Complete service reports, including documenting work performed and parts used.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate with clients to provide service updates, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in HVAC service.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
