Job description

All Weather HVAC is seeking an HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and reliable operation of heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial customers.

Position Summary

The HVAC Technician will perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on heating and air conditioning systems while ensuring quality workmanship and customer-focused communication. This is a hands-on onsite role based in Charlestown, NH, where you will troubleshoot system issues, complete service calls efficiently, and help maintain long-term equipment performance.

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver safe, dependable solutions, following established procedures and safety standards. You will also contribute to a positive customer experience by explaining findings clearly and recommending appropriate next steps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Diagnose equipment issues using standard testing methods and follow-through on corrective actions.
