Job description

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems at retail stores such as: Target, Home Depot, Lowes etc....

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Transporting AC units and other large items​​​​​​
  • Keeping the work vehicle in proper shape (cleaning, oil changes, breaks, etc.)
  • Show up to jobs and inspections on time
  • Driving to different states if required for project (not all of our jobs are in different states, most are in California)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC, changeouts, and/or duct work is required
  • Live close to or near Riverside/Jurupa Valley, CA
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in driving commercial vehicles and long distance driving
  • Willingness to drive to different states for various projects (Such as Utah, Nevada, Washington, ETC..)
    • Some jobs that require travel will require multiple days during the week
    • Jobs that require travel typically do not fall on the weekend
  • Driver License for driving company vehicles: One of the most important qualifications.
  • Clean driving record (no DUIs, etc.): One of the most important qualifications.
  • Willingness to drive to different states for commercial projects
  • Personal tools for work (We will not supply you with tools)
  • Proof of previous work
