What We Need From You:

  • Ability to troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues with RTUs, split systems, economizers, VFDs, and controls
  • Perform start-ups, commissioning, and retrofits to improve system performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and office staff
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Work independently while supporting and guiding junior technicians when needed
  • Deliver quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity every day
  • Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

  • EPA Universal Certification
  • 2–10 years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Experience with Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of VRF systems, VFDs, and building automation controls
  • Comfortable mentoring or supporting less-experienced technicians
  • Solid customer service and communication skills
  • Basic technology skills (mobile apps, service documentation)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions
  • Comfort working on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
  • Ability to stand, kneel, and work for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and codes

Compensation & Employment Details:

  • Hourly, Non-Exempt (Full-Time)
