What You Bring

  • 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
  • 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
  • EPA Certification
  • HVAC degree or equivalent training
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • A professional attitude and pride in your work
  • Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
