Your Role
As an Install Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to set up, replace, and service heating and cooling systems. You’ll help make sure every job is done safely, efficiently, and up to Jake’s high standards.


What You’ll Do
• Assist with installing and replacing furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, and water heaters
• Support the installation team with materials, tools, and prep work on each job
• Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that come up during installs
• Learn to perform start-ups and adjustments under supervision
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members
• Complete basic documentation and assist with collecting necessary paperwork
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and best practices
